We at The Color Fix believe the benefits to using cleaner ingredients while film producing are important, not only that but it will make the overall film production greener, cleaner, and lead to higher sustainable success. Aside from that, there could be a remarkable cost reduction to the entire film production as well as better time efficiency of fellow film producers and management. In The Color Fix, we not care about the better of our production, but how beneficial it is to be consistently improving and changing for the success of the film being produced, the people working on it, and the amazing women leading it. Some tips that we here at The Color Fix like to go by that leads to a well-rounded green film making production are, reduce paper consumption, recycle everything, work digitally, reduce the use of energy when not needed, use organic products, and encourage waste sorting throughout the entire company. Green film production is just one of the many ways that can lead to better sustainability for the film industry.
Local Sourcing
The usage of sustainable resources for film sets at The Color Fix is highly encouraged for a greener and cleaner film production. We want our actresses to feel safe and protected while filming, so by making the film set more environmentally friendly, it will encourage them and lead them to better success. One step for this to happen could start with going digital. We are constantly on our phones for everything. By going digital on set, it will reduce the production of countless stacks of paper that at the end of the day get thrown away. Using digital copies of everything will lead to quicker production, less copies, and an overall greener environment. Another ecofriendly step is adding recycling bins around the set. At the end of eating meals, have everyone be aware of the clear distinction of where the trash goes and where the recycling goes. The Color Fix production is currently working towards a cleaner and better working environment, which will make for better film production.

Fast Fashion is known for its inexpensive and widely available pieces. It has changed the way people buy and dispose of their clothing with the cheap materials it is made with and the prices they come in. Selling huge amounts of clothing at a time to different companies, has lessened their value and caused the consumption to escalate. By cutting the production of fast fashion pieces at The Color Fix, it will make for a more ecofriendly and greener film. We will be choosing to partner with sustainable fashion companies and production partners will promote greater environmental change. Here at The Color Fix, we will be further on purchasing higher end clothing, for the simple reinsurance that it will last longer and remain at a good price.
